Logan Chang
Logan is the CEO of Perlion completing his chemistry PhD study at Arizona State University. His research focuses on advanced, scalable materials for light-absorption and photoprotection, leading to the discovery of Perlion’s core sunscreen technology. Logan leads Perlion’s scientific development and commercialization efforts.
CTO and Founding Scientist
Alex Volosin
Alex is the Chief Technology Officer of Perlion and holds a PhD in inorganic materials chemistry from Arizona State University. He brings over a decade of experience in materials research and development, with deep expertise in translating fundamental chemistry into scalable, real-world technologies. Alex has authored and co-invented more than five patents across advanced materials systems, and leads Perlion’s technical strategy, process development, and intellectual property efforts.
President and Founding Scientist
Don Seo
Dr. Don Seo is the President of Perlion and a Professor of Chemistry at Arizona State University. He brings over 25 years of experience in materials discovery, with more than 40 patents across various applications. His research programs have attracted more than $40 million in competitive funding for university research and over $20 million in technology commercialization efforts. At Perlion, he provides strategic scientific leadership and guides the company’s long-term innovation and intellectual property vision.
